Frequently asked questions

How much time do you need to photograph my property?

It all depends on the size and type of your property. Photoshoot may involve multiple considerations, complex planning, shoots at a different time of the day or even aseason of a year. It's very difficult to answer this question in a one simple way. Commercial photoshoots can take days of work including visiting the location, photoshoots and retouching. However, when it comes to basic real estate photography projects, photographing small, houses or flats up to 2 bedrooms (including outdoor shoots) should not take longer than 2 hours. Additional rooms or usage of a drone will extend the required time accordingly.

How long in advance should I book you for a photoshoot?

We usually ask customers to book a photoshoot at least a week in advance to make sure we are available on a required day. For commercial photoshoots, we tend to book sessions at least a month in advance as viewing of the location might be necessary.

Do you charge any travel fee or any other additional fees?

Yes, we do charge a travel fee which is £0.35 per mile if the travelling in radius over 20 miles from Corby is required. Also, we ask customers to cover a hotel costs if the project can not be finished in a one day and has to be realised in a radius of more then 80 miles from our base in Corby.

What equipement do you use at work?

We use high-end Nikon DSLR cameras combined with Nikon and Tamron lenses designed strictly for professional use. The other equipment we use are DJI drones, Ricoh and GoPro cameras.

Is the retouching included in the price of the session?

Yes, the final price includes all costs related to the photoshoot as well as retouching. We also, keep the backup of your photos, with no additional costs, for 24 months from the date of the images release day.

How long does it take to get final images delivered after the shoot?

Usually all images are ready withing 48 hours after the photoshoot. However, commercial projects need much more time for realisation and we always reserve at least 10 working days for retouching.
